Renzetti Team Building Event

Maria does a team-building event for Renzetti Inc., with the participation of all the staff and ambassadors of the brand.

• We started by reviewing the history of the fly-fishing history ambassadors and their connection with the mission of the Renzetti brand.
• We unveiled the values proposed by the ambassadors in order to continue with the goals of the business.
• We did an active exercise to work with individual purpose within the team to emphasize the importance of synergy and alignment.
• We did a demonstration of the importance of attention to detail related to product assembly
• We worked on planning for the next year’s goals
